Be a high school senior student attending one of the public, private or parochial high schools within the Metro Detroit area or an undergraduate attending an accredited college or university.

GPA of 2.5 (all grade point averages are based on a 4.0 scale)
 

To receive award, recipient must be enrolled in a fulltime program at an accredited college, university or equivalent during the current academic year
